We want you to love your LAKA. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund to the original payment within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) in the original box for a refund to the original payment method. After receiving confirmation on the return, you can reorder on Lakacoolers.com for the correct item. For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

LAKA Coolers warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original purchase date. This warranty is void if the product is used for commercial purposes.
This warranty does not cover
LAKA Coolers is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from any misuse or malfunction of its products.
From time to time LAKA Coolers may make changes to the design of its products. LAKA Coolers has no obligation to incorporate any such design change into already completed products or to replace products already in the possession of consumers or dealers with products incorporation such design changes. Such design changes may be incorporated into products provided as repaired and replacement products under this warranty at LAKA Coolers’ exclusive option.
For your satisfaction with your LAKA Cooler products, we encourage you to carefully review all use and care instructions provided by LAKA Coolers.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL LAKA COOLERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
Save your receipt. All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
All warranty returns must be processed through the LAKA Coolers online Help & Support page. The warranty shall not apply to any product, or component thereof, which is not returned according to LAKA Cooler’s warranty policy and return instructions.
